REFUND POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, request for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

REFUND

All refunds must be postmarked within fifteen (15) days of the purchase date.

REFUND PROCESS

To get a refund, please email customer service at info@vonsung.co.rw to obtain a Return Subscription Authorization Number (SAN). After receiving a SAN number, send a letter claiming for a refund and include your proof of purchase/payment, and mail your return to the address 7 KG147 St, Kigali - Rwanda

Please note, you will be responsible for all payment processing fees. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting your request, we will process your refund. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your request to process your refund. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company, or any other payment method you may prefer.

Your service subscription is cancelled immediately after successfully refund.

EXCEPTIONS

Annual Subscriptions can not be refunded
