Our clients can pay with any prefered mean according to their choice, but electronic payment method is encouraged

q Do you charge before, or after service delivery?

We first undergo contract negociation. After signing the contract, the client is subjected to pay 30% of the total amount under contract, and pay the remaining 70% after project handover

q How long does it take to develop a website?

The time taken for completion of the project varies according to the type and content of the website/application, but does not exceed 50 days. The project duration is also included in the contract which is signed prior to the initiation of the project

q What is the difference between workflow application and integrated system?

An integrated system is a system that has combined different functions together in order to work as one entity. For example hotel system combines booking functions, payment functions, and invoicing. Our Education App is the best example of integrated system as it combines marks processing system, accounting system, school management system, and library management.

q Do you provide trainings?

Currently, VONSUNG do not have training program on computer programming. We only provide training to system administrators, to teach them how the system (our service) operates.
