2. Position Overview

VONSUNG is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Web Development Intern to support the design, development, and maintenance of web-based applications and platforms. The intern will gain hands-on experience working on real production systems while being mentored by experienced developers.

This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to strengthen their practical skills in modern web development.

3. Key Responsibilities

The Web Developer Intern will be responsible for:

• Assisting in the development and maintenance of websites and web applications
• Writing clean, reusable, and well-documented HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code
• Supporting backend development tasks (PHP, Python/Django, or similar frameworks)
• Integrating APIs and third-party services
• Assisting with database operations (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or similar)
• Testing, debugging, and improving existing web applications
• Collaborating with designers, data analysts, and other developers
• Participating in code reviews and technical discussions
• Documenting features, fixes, and development processes

4. Required Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in:

• Computer Science
• Software Engineering
• Information Technology
• or a related field

Basic knowledge of:

• HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript
• At least one backend language (PHP or Python preferred)
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL

Familiarity with Git or any version control system is an added advantage.
